Blackmore's Night: 10th studio release from Ren-Rockers/Folk-Rockers Blackmore's Night.  "Richie Blackmore, British guitarist and songwriter, began his professional career as a session musician as a member of the instrumental band The Outlaws and as a backing musician of pop singers Glenda Collins, Heinz, Screaming Lord Sutch, Neil Christian, etc.. Blackmore was also one of the original members of Deep Purple, playing jam-style rock music which mixed simple guitar riffs and organ sounds During his solo career, he established neo-classical metal band called Rainbow which fused baroque music influences elements with hard rock. However, Rainbow gradually progressed to catchy pop style hard rock. Blackmore formed the traditional folk rock project Blackmore's Night transitioning to vocalist-centered sounds. Although she's done back-up vocals for such major bands as Deep Purple, Rainbow, and Twang (the Hank Marvin Tribute album), Candice Night's success was anything but overnight. In 1997, the talented lyricist and lead singer of Blackmore's Night completed a musical project with legendary guitarist Ritchie Blackmore titled Shadow of the Moon. The album features acoustic renaissance music, a direction she thoroughly enjoyed. "This music is feel good, soul searching music," says Candice. "Listening to it makes me appreciate the beauty in simple things that most of us overlook everyday. It has a magical effect. It makes me smile and it makes me cry, but listening to it always takes me on a different journey somewhere else. Being a part in creating such music is a reward in itself."" - Artists' website

Johnny Coppin:  "is a singer/songwriter, composer and poetry anthologist. Formerly with the folk-rock band Decameron, his many solo albums include "Forest & Vale & High Blue Hill" (Songs of Gloucestershire), "Edge of Day" - a collaboration with world-famous writer Laurie Lee, "Force of the River", "A Country Christmas" "The Shakespeare Songs" , "Keep the Flame" and and his most recent albums"The Winding Stair" and "Breaking the Silence" with Mike Silver. His clear voice together with his ability to write fine songs make his music essentially English in character while having universal appeal. Jack Russell, the Gloucestershire and ex-England wicket-keeper, is a big fan and often used to lead his team in singing one of Johnny's rousing Gloucestershire songs! Johnny has supported Gerry Rafferty, Jasper Carrott and The Albion Band on tour and has appeared at Festivals in Britain, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Holland and Belgium - including the prestigious Cambridge, Edinburgh, Lisdoonvarna and Nyon Festivals. He has played on the European folk scene for many years, and makes a long overdue return to Scotland this May before beginning a UK tour of "Edge of Day" - his tribute to Laurie Lee, the writer of "Cider with Rosie". Johnny Coppin with Paul Burgess and Mick Dolan Johnny plays solo with guitar and piano and regularly works with his own trio or band. Members of his band have included Phil Beer from Show of Hands, Albion Band etc, and his current sidekicks are fiddle player Paul Burgess from The John Kirkpatrick Band and guitarist Mick Dolan who has worked with Steve Winwood, Dr Hook and Show of Hands." - Artist's website

Loren and Mark: "Loren Barrigar and Mark Mazengarb share a unique musical chemistry and stage presence seldom found among musicians. Their diverse repertoire of original and arranged music consists of stunning guitar instrumentals as well as vocal duets, giving them wide appeal and strong audience connection. Influenced by Americana, Jazz, Country Western and Classical music, Loren and Marks unique style of guitar playing is largely built upon the thumb-picking techniques pioneered by guitar greats Merle Travis and Chet Atkins, and their songs feature Lorens superb vocals with some beautiful harmonies from Mark. Guitar playing like you've never heard before! Loren and Mark first met in 2005 when they spent a few days working with the great Tommy Emmanuel at Jorma Kaukonen’s Fur Peace Ranch guitar camp. Mark was a college kid, just completing his degree in classical guitar at the University of North Carolina; Loren was already a seasoned performer, but it was his first serious look at acoustic guitar. After the workshop, Mark visited Loren and they spent some time picking guitar – and picking each other’s brains. In 2009 they met again in Nashville at the Chet Atkins Appreciation Society (CAAS) convention, an international gathering of hundreds of guitarists. That set the stage for the 2010 CAAS convention where they were on the schedule of performers. Though they were not originally listed to play on the big Saturday night finale, they were added to the show due to popular demand from those who heard them throughout the week. Loren and Mark's varied repertoire of original and arranged music consists of stunning guitar duets as well as songs, giving them a wide appeal. Their music is influenced by Bluegrass, Jazz and Western; their style of guitar playing is largely built upon the thumb-picking techniques pioneered by guitar greats Merle Travis, Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed, and their songs feature Lorens superb vocals and some beautiful  harmonies from Mark." - Artists' website
